CBSE Maths question Paper Review

10th  Term 2, 2022


The Board conducted the CBSE Class 10 Mathematics Term 2 Exam 2022 on 5th May between 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM.Both Standard and Basic papers of Maths were conducted today in the same shift. Students found the papers lengthy while basic paper was easier than standard.Some Students with Standard Maths seem to be unhappy with the paper.

 The 2 marks questions in Section A were easy but it have taken much time for students to write the step-wise solutions. 

Section B with 3 marks questions had 1-2 questions that have troubled students. 

Case studies in Section C could be easily solved with conceptual understanding.

Now, when the exam is over,here are the analysis for the paper.We tried to get in touch with the students to know their feedback on the level of questions asked in today's CBSE Class 10 Mathematics Term 2 paper.



Student's feedback:-

After the Class 10 Maths Term 2 Paper, many students say it a easy to moderate paper.Some students said that question papers contained direct questions but were lengthy and time-consuming.Most of the questions are with figures which make the question better and easy to understand and attempt.

some students said the paper was moderately difficult but one could attempt it well with good knowledge of NCERT.


 General feedback shared by the students:

• Level of  Paper - Moderately difficult

• The most difficult section of the paper - Section C (mix reaction) 

• The most time-consuming section of the paper - Section A 

• The easiest section of the paper - Section A,

• No confusion in the pattern of the paper - exactly similar to CBSE sample paper

• Expected marks (out of 40) - Average of 30-35 marks


Thus, it can be said that it was a Lengthy Paper with Moderate Difficulty Level.

Now, students must get ready for the next paper Sanskrit paper on 7th May(Saturday) and Science on 10th May (Tuesday).
